Office Manager
The Office Manager in each clinic has many responsibilities related to organization in the clinic and keeping financial records. He/She schedules patient appointments, answers the phones, and performs all necessary filing. Before new patients initiate therapy, the Office Manager verifies the patient’s insurance coverage and determines if a co-pay is necessary for each visit. Along with collecting co-pays and organizing the revenue for the clinic, he/she prepares an end-of-month report to summarize number of patients seen and financial assets for the month.     
  
 
     
Receptionist    
In the administrative office located in our corporate office in Seneca, South Carolina, the receptionist schedules appointments for administrative personnel, answers the phones, and greets customers. He/She is responsible for electronic filing with Medicare and hard-copy filing with Workman’s Compensation Insurance to obtain financial reimbursement. Along with these duties, the receptionist also performs general office procedures to assist administrative personnel.    
       
Accounts Receivable Supervisor      
This employee provides support for all front office staff and provides direct supervision for all billing and support staff. He/She is responsible for the company’s total accounts receivable records and acts as account auditor. Further responsibilities include hiring billing and support staff, compiling end of month reports, and organizing insurance/patient refunds on active accounts.  
       
Accounts Payable      

The Accounts Payable employee is responsible for paying company bills and invoices upon receipt. Considerable organizational skills are required to maintain current accounts, avoid under/overpayment of balances, ensure timely payment of all invoices, and keep administrative personnel abreast of all expenses incurred by the clinics

Payroll Supervisor
The payroll supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the Payroll Department that includes such duties as new hire paperwork, receiving and processing timesheets, entering and processing payroll (on a weekly basis), as well as working closely with employees to ensure good employer/employee relationships throughout the company. Also, the payroll supervisor works closely with the department of Human Resources and Compliance in the areas of 401 (k) and Employee Benefits, as well as maintaining personnel, health, and insurance files on each employee.
