Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation has been an established clinic
on Hilton Head Island since the mid 1990’s. Clemson Sports Medicine
and Rehabilitation purchased the clinic in September of 2005, and we are
happy to be a part of the healthcare available to residents of this beautiful
area of South Carolina. |
