About our affiliate

As we grew beyond the town of Clemson, SC as our starting point, the name Sports Plus Physical Therapy was born. With our strongest focus being orthopaedics and sports medicine rehabilitation, our hands-on approach, individualized treatment programs, highly skilled clinicians, successful recovery plans, and high energy atmospheres set us apart from any other therapy clinic in the area.

In addition to highly skilled interventions in the areas of orthopaedics and sports rehab, many of our locations offer specialized services, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Custom Foot Orthotics, and Pediatric Physical Therapy. We also offer Athletic Training Services in many of these locations (see "Outreach" section), where we donate these services to local high schools and secondary institutions to keep athletes safe and in the game!
